Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate products after shipment — except in the case of manufacturing defects.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving it at: effectus.store@gmail.com. Photo or video proof may be required.
Once approved, we may offer:
- Replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
- Store credit
- Full refund
Incorrect address submissions, refusal of delivery, or unattended deliveries are not eligible for refunds.
Note: All products are shipped sealed and inspected before dispatch to ensure quality.
